parts that need replacement or repair by reason of defective
workmanship brought to our notice within a year from the
date of despatch. Freight charges for these parts are
to be born by the buyer We do not undertake any guarantee

Force Majure:
clause forms part of our offer. Also since improvements
are made from time to time in the interests of upgrading
the model. Thus the specifications are subject to change
without notice and are not binding on us. |
These terms and conditions will prevail
notwithstanding any different, conflicting or additional terms
and conditions which may appear on any purchase order submitted
by customer. Deviations from the terms and conditions of this
Agreement are not valid unless agreed to in writing by both parties.
Failure by either party to enforce any term will not be deemed
a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other term.
