FORTUNA ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES was primarily started as an annexed workshop for Hindustan Marble Pvt. Ltd. Vast quarries need machines and these in turn have to be maintained. Initially, Italian imported machines were used. Repairs of these machines and their wear and tear led to us modifying and manufacturing our own indegenous equipment for personal consumption at our mines.

Continuous research, modifications to suit Indian quarry conditions, totally locally made, led to us fabricating machines of quality. Our stringent personal barometers were never compromised! Hence we ended up making machines for friends in the industry.

One good thing led to another and now we can humbly state that a machine from our factory bears a certain status in the marble and granite industry. Happy customers brought more clients and we can now claim to have covered over 60% of the market share.
